Mid-length, open heel fins designed for diving. They are recommended for use with neoprene socks or diving boots.
The blade is made of two different materials which improves flexibility and comfort. The central part of the blade is made of elastic rubber. This solution in blades is called "tunnel effect".
The upper part of the foot pocket is an extension of the blade and increases the effective area of the stroke: the whole surface of the fin is involved, so even at medium length of the fin a greater stroke power is possible if needed. The force is distributed evenly over the whole blade, which helps to relieve the strain on the swimmer's ankle. The blades also have "streamlined" ribs, made of durable rubber.
The fins are equipped with wide rubber strap, which comfortably fixes the foot in the fins. The buckles can be quickly and comfortably unbuckled to remove or put the fin on the foot. You can also adjust the length of the back strap for comfortable fixation of the flipper on the leg. The straps can be freely rotated up and down, which also makes the swimming in Scorpena Fjord very comfortable. The binding system of these fins allows changing of the rubber strap for a spring one.
A special hole in the lower front part of the foot pocket (on the nose) is made for drainage of excess water and sand from the pocket.
The length of the blade (from the toe of the foot pocket) is 40 cm. The width of the blade (at the tip) is 25 cm.
